4. Exporting and Sharing Projects
LadderSimLab may allow users to export or share projects and other locally generated content.
Exporting or sharing is initiated manually by the user through Apple’s system sharing interface. The developer does not automatically receive, store, or control exported content.
Information shared with another application, cloud service, email provider, or person is subject to the privacy policy and security practices of the selected service.
Users are responsible for reviewing the content they choose to export or share.
5. Offline Operation and Internet Access
LadderSimLab is designed to operate offline. Its PLC simulation, Ladder Logic editor, lessons, challenges, visual guides, examples, saved projects, and Machine Labs do not require a continuous internet connection.
The application does not provide unrestricted web browsing, social networking, public messaging, or user-generated content services.

Users should not include passwords, confidential industrial information, proprietary PLC programs, or other sensitive information in support messages.
8. Children’s Privacy
LadderSimLab does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
The application is an educational PLC simulation tool and does not include advertising, social networking, public messaging, or inappropriate content.
If the developer becomes aware that personal information has been provided by a child without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.

LadderSimLab is intended solely for education, training, visualization, experimentation, and software-based simulation.
All PLC scan cycles, Ladder Logic programs, timers, counters, memory values, inputs, outputs, Machine Labs, equipment behavior, and animated industrial processes displayed within the application are virtual representations.
LadderSimLab is a simulation. It does not operate, connect to, monitor, or control real PLC hardware, machinery, sensors, actuators, motors, conveyors, elevators, traffic systems, tanks, production equipment, emergency systems, or industrial safety devices.
Simulation behavior and results may differ from real equipment due to hardware characteristics, wiring, firmware, PLC manufacturer implementations, scan times, electrical conditions, mechanical limitations, environmental factors, communication systems, and safety architecture.
10. Safety and Professional Use Disclaimer
LadderSimLab must not be used as the sole basis for:
Real industrial control decisions
Machine commissioning
Electrical installation
Equipment maintenance or fault diagnosis
Workplace or machinery safety decisions
Emergency system design
Risk assessment
Regulatory compliance
Engineering certification
Professional training certification
Operation of real-world machinery or infrastructure
The application is not a replacement for certified PLC programming software, official manufacturer documentation, qualified engineering judgment, applicable safety standards, professional training, or approved industrial procedures.
Always consult qualified professionals and follow official equipment documentation, applicable regulations, electrical safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures before designing, modifying, testing, commissioning, or operating a real industrial system.
The user is solely responsible for decisions and actions involving real equipment.
11. No Manufacturer Affiliation
LadderSimLab is an independent educational application.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LadderSimLab and its developer are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any PLC, automation, electrical equipment, or industrial machinery manufacturer.
Any technical terminology used within the application is provided for general educational and descriptive purposes.
